Dear Andrew! I’m very glad you catch last moment deal at 4 star hotel, left after one night stay and decided to build this case. Its a pity one of beds got broken after this night and you let us know about it only 40 min before your departure, but we repaired it already. Also I would like to thank you for your nit-picking - I do not know, why you call our double beds children beds, while their full description and photos are presented on site, but we were able to improve shower as per your complain as nobody before ever noticed, what you noticed! Sorry you did not enjoyed our mid 19th century stairs (similar as you can find in Hermitage), but I hope the fact my lady-friend, who met you, helped to carry your suitcases upstairs despite you had young male members in your group was also noticed.
