The expansive outdoor lounge, pool and patios features magical gardens, outdoor shower, an oversized 8 foot long fire pit to cuddle up and stargaze, a large outdoor dining table adorned with twinkly lights for meals with friends and family. All designed with peace, tranquility and time spent with loved ones in mind. Additional decks off of the bedrooms and kitchen provide plenty of space for enjoying views of the mountains and gardens.
Art, collecting, and excellent craftsmanship are passions of ours. Guests will enjoy gorgeous handmade furniture and fixtures that are unique, one a kind pieces throughout the property. Other things to note
EVENTS & PHOTOSHOOTS - Contact us directly, this is NOT a booking done through Airbnb. We use a different platform to book for liability and insurance reasons. Also, be ready to provide commercial production insurance with Nabu Villa specified as one of the insured; shoot time and duration; equipment list; vehicle list...and more. There is more that goes into allowing you to use our property for production than can be encompassed within Airbnb. Our location rates vary depending on project and needs.
SERVICE PROVIDERS - During your stay, you may encounter maintenance and upkeep staff of The Nabu House. Please allow them on to the property to do their jobs as scheduled.

SECURITY CAMERAS - For security and insurance purposes, we have installed security cameras monitoring the entry doors and walkways and driveway up to the house. The cameras do not monitor the interior or outdoor living areas, and the feed is erased every few days for your privacy.
LIABILITY WAIVER - By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using the pool, hiking and climbing anywhere on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the pool and hiking and/or climbing. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold owner harmless.
POOL HEATING - NEED 24 HOUR NOTICE MINIMUM - Our pool can be heated, for $175 a day which is what we get charged by the gas company (gas is all run on propane tanks in the desert and is expensive) Once the pool heater is turned on, it heats up at 1 degree per hour until it reaches heated temperature. Please make sure to let us know at least 24 hours beforehand so we can make sure the pool is warm for you.
PETS - Pre-screened pets are welcome for an additional nonrefundable fee of $100. They must be house-trained and stay off furniture, crated when unattended and out of the pool. Fees include: $100 for the first pet and $50 for the second - max 2 pets.
