A few minutes walk through our beautiful Copper Park is the town centre of Elgin. Ideally situated for those doing the whisky trail and other local places of interest within the Moray area. The flat is on the first floor of the property and very well appointed and has been recently refurbished.

Spacious two bedroom first floor flat. One bedroom has a king size bed the other has a double bed. Comfortable chesterfield suite in the living room also a 4 seated dining table. Smart Tv signed into Netflix for you to enjoy. Well equipped kitchen with all you need and more. There is a picnic set in the kitchen drawer for your use should you be lucky enough to have nice weather here. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. Clothes horse is available for use and is in the double bedroom wardrobe
