Sugar Beach Ranch sits on 60 acres with two self-contained bungalows for you to enjoy peace, privacy and idyllic country life (nearest neighbours 3kms away). A 50 metre walk to the beach, use of our 15 m pool, a journey across the car ferry, Ballina, Byron, Bangalow and waterfalls are all within a 30 minute car trip. Wake up to songs of native birds. Bring your horse (horse accommodation available on request) guitar, or your writing book and loll away the hours nurturing your soul in paradise.

The space
The bungalows are located at the top of the driveway providing direct access to the pool and beach. The main house is located nearby.

We are an operating farm with horses, chickens, pigeons and rabbits.
There are dogs on the property to protect the chickens from predators.

Enjoy Sugar Beach Ranch with your horse and bring them along for the holiday. Paddock accommodation available at present with stables in the coming months.
