Relax poolside or play bocce. Max 6 Guests on property at any time, no exceptions. $25 per hour to heat pool and hot tub. No Pets.

Private Pool & Spa: 3560 Sq. Ft - Indoor Steam shower - Outdoor shower - Well appointed kitchen with both smooth top & gas stove.

Outdoor Living: Spectacular views, balcony, private pool, (lit) bocce court, outdoor shower, Lemon/Lime/Grapefruit/Orange/Tangerine/Avocado trees. situated on working avocado grove, 6 acres to make your own!

Indoor Living: Smart Tv's in every bedroom & Living room, elegant décor, open layout, wall of sliding glass doors that open to backyard, fireplace, board games, every bedroom has full private bath with all amenities (blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, face wash, etc).

Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, blender, juicer, crock pot, pots/pans, spices, milk frother, Keurig, coffee pot, electric tea kettle, nespresso machine, toaster, waffle maker, plastic and dining ware.

General: Linens/Towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, ironing boards, washer/dryer.

FAQ: Strong Wifi connection, exterior security cameras, not set up for children/infants (wildlife in area & open access to pool).

Suitability: Step free access, all bedrooms on ground floor, step free access to pool/backyard.

Other things to note
Wildlife includes coyotes, raccoons, bobcats, rattlesnakes, lizards, hawks. We encourage you to be observant of your surroundings at all times when walking the grove.

Please no requests for parties over 6, unfortunately we have no exceptions. That said, there are many beautiful properties in the area that can accommodate more than six.
