The space
Upon entering, revel in the stunning hillside view. Downstairs, a fully equipped modern kitchen, open living and dining spaces share panoramic views and lead to a deck with an inviting round outdoor bathtub. The bathroom houses a European laundry for added convenience.
The living room boasts an impressive 4K Ultra HD projector with Sonos sound bar, perfect for a home cinema. Alternatively, unwind by the fireplace with a good book or just to enjoy the scenery.
Upstairs, a comfy King bed with supplied linen awaits. Work from home at the dedicated workstation with fast WiFi & light control with blockout blinds.
A small balcony offers garden views, perfect for sunny coffee breaks.
This eco-friendly house promotes sustainability with louvered windows, skylights, ceiling fans, and a reverse cycle air conditioner for comfort. The garden is landscaped to support native wildlife, particularly Wrens.
Please note, this property is not suitable for children.

There are two parking places available on the site, one is at the base of the driveway (base of the garden), or in the carport behind the house.
Door access is provided in the form of a unique pin code that is generated for your stay allowing for later check-in and piece of mind.
