Welcome to Cottage 205, a cosy cottage with a farmhouse feel
You will instantly feel right at home when walking through the door at Cottage 205.
A quaint cottage located amongst the vineyards on the outskirts of Merbein.
The perfect place to relax , unwind and enjoy the peaceful surrounds.
The space
The cottage is located back off the road amongst vineyard's, quiet and out of the Hussle and bussle of the town.
Please note: if you are wanting something located within walking distance to shops and Mildura town Center the cottage is not for you as stated above - located out of the hussle and bussle of town.
The cottage is two bedroom, with the first bedroom offering a queen bed with built in robes for storage and ceiling fan and reverse cycle for comfort. The second bedroom has two single beds with built in robes for storage and portable fan for comfort.

Standalone bathroom with shower over bath.
Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking plus microwave.
Spacious Open living/ dining area with a desk and study nook.

Outdoor area with a webber Q and a table and chairs to sit and enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the vines on a summer night.
Plenty of grassed space for kids to stretch there legs and ample space for boats, trailers or caravans.
Only a 5 minute drive to the Murray river- perfect for the skiing or fishing enthusiast.
Please note: You are 3 minute drive (not walking distance) to the township of Merbein or a 13 minute drive to the City of Mildura.
The NSW boarder is only a 5 minutes drive from the cottage so you can venture for the day to the town of Wentworth.
Hosts are located right next door for anything you may need during your stay.
Please note as the cottage is surrounded by vineyards there may be some tractors in the vineyards during the busy picking season.

Please notify us if you choose to bring your pet along and what kind of pet you are bringing as there are sheep surrounding the property, they are fenced but be mindful.
There is ample parking at the property, if you wish to lock something up, please let us know and we can assist you as there is lockable shedding available upon request.

We are a pet-friendly accommodation and welcome your furry companions. To ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that you inform us of any pets accompanying your stay. Please note that pets must be house trained and are not permitted on furniture. Our accommodation is meticulously cleaned and sanitized between stays to ensure maximum hygiene. - please note back yard is very large and fenced with rural fencing.
We value the comfort and tranquility of our guests and the surrounding community. Therefore, we have a strict no-party policy and observe quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Any breach of our noise policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund of the remaining stay or deposit
Please note that our property is of an older style, which gives it character but also means there may be some imperfections. Rest assured, we strive to maintain the property to the highest standard for our guests' enjoyment.
