• Guests are not allowed to enter without prior notice to the owner;
• Parking for only 1 vehicle, in our common area/entrance;
• Please take basic care when handling household items, remember that this house is also our refuge and warmth; • Communicate in advance the desired time for check-out;
• Consult the possibility of bringing pets;
• When returning from the beach, please clean your feet in the shower at the entrance of the house to keep the house clean and comfortable for everyone;
• Attention to electricity consumption, please turn off the appliances when not in use and the lights when leaving the room, also pay attention to the use of the water.
IMPORTANT: We check the energy consumption - kwh - at each guest check-in and check-out. If there is consumption significantly above the daily normal. A refund of the amount and a fine of up to 2 nights may be charged;
• The use of speakers and/or any sound devices in all rooms of the accommodation at levels above 50 db is strictly prohibited;

Well located in quiet beeem region, safe and very close to the local shopping center, less than 5 min by car. Grocery store/bakery 100m from the house and about 500m from the beach.
