This newly built home with designer interiors and tranquil garden is in the ultimate location. A 1 min walk to Blackpool beach and 7 min walk to Oneroa village and beach.

Sleeps 6 adults and 2 kids across 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Gorgeous open plan living with outdoor entertaining area looking onto a large flat garden.

The space
Slow down, your perfect next holiday awaits you. Purveyors of good taste will love the designer touches at Drift By The Bay. This recently built house has all you need to slow down and relax or soak up all that Waiheke has to offer.

Each of the 3 x bedrooms has a brand new queen bed and wardrobe, so you can unpack and feel at home. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are larger, both with linen curtains opening onto a deck. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and two single bunk beds on top, suitable for kids aged 6+ (as they sit quite high).

The house has all the comforts of home, including large smart TV, fully equipped designer kitchen and a comfortable dining table with built in seating for 8 people.

This open-plan kitchen / living/ dining space opens out onto two decks which means you can take advantage of both the morning and afternoon sun.

The large 200m2 flat lawn with lush tropical planting has enough shade to pull up a lounger and enjoy a book (or watch the kids play on the swing!). A courtyard with outdoor table and umbrella, is perfect for enjoying leisurely long lunches.

Guests are welcome to use the BBQ, outdoor shower, 2x sun loungers, kayak, beach towels and bags.

Portacot, High chair, bath tub and kids toys available on request.

Guest access
Exclusive access to the whole house except for a locked cupboard and shed. There is a driveway on site with space for two cars and plenty of street parking.

The bus stop is over the road with the 502 bus taking you directly to and from the ferry within ten minutes.

Other things to note
Please note that the property is not fully fenced.

Minimum stay 2 nights except:
- 5 nights from mid December to end Jan
- 4 nights over Easter
- 3 nights all public holidays weekends

You'll find Blackpool beach a 1 minute walk from the house, just at the end of the street. This is perfect for a dip at high tide, and to walk along at any time of the day.

Oneroa village is 6 minutes walk away at the top of our street. Oneroa village has all you need for supplies, groceries, restaurants and coffee.

For a full day at the beach, stunning Oneroa or Little Oneroa beaches are the best options, both an 8 minute walk away.
