So close to the Noosa River and Gympie Terrace's mecca of restaurants and cafes too, our fully renovated two bedroom lowset unit will delight those wanting a relaxed holiday with all the convenience within a short flat stroll . Featuring a lovely fully fenced courtyard with shaded patio, and outside shower, two good size bedrooms with ceiling fans, master bedroom with private courtyard and centrally located bathroom is combined with the laundry. A single carport is also provided.

The space
This well-appointed single level 2-bedroom unit boasts recently fully renovated bathroom & kitchen, hybrid flooring throughout, central living area including split system AC, brand new furniture and quaility appliances, 43” Samsung frame smart tv.
Two comfortable bedrooms both with ceiling fans, a small rear court yard off the master bedroom makes for privacy enjoying that early morning coffee while planning your day.
The front with a large shade sail which serves as a fantastic place to entertain or enjoy meals on warm summer nights.
Located just 400 meters level walk to the shores of the Noosa river, boat ramp and Thomas street’s bars and dining options the position is perfect, with bus routes along both Gibson road and Gympie Tce you can beat the traffic and catch a short ride (approx. 4km) to the world-famous beaches or Noosa Heads & Hastings street.
When the wine runs out don’t stress Dan Murphy’s, The Villa Hotel & Noosa village shopping centre are only a leisurely stroll away as well.
