This charming, oversized apartment feels more like a small house. Set within a classic older-style home that has been thoughtfully divided into two large apartments, it offers exceptional space and comfort — ideal for families wanting room to relax.

🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 6 – on request)
Main bedroom: Queen bed, large built-in wardrobe, and space for a portacot
Kids’ bedroom: Two single beds plus two pull-out trundles (ideal for up to four children)
(An additional fee of $20 per person per night applies for each guest above four. This includes all linen, doonas, pillows and mattress protectors. We’re happy to make the trundle beds up on request — please note that when both trundles are in use, floor space in the room will be very limited.)

At Beaches Holiday Management 🏖️, all of our properties include a thoughtful starter pack to help you settle in comfortably. This includes tea bags, sugar and a few Nespresso-compatible coffee capsules, along with oil, salt, pepper and paper towel in the kitchen.
Quality linen is provided in all bedrooms, and bathrooms are stocked with towels, a bath mat, hand towel set, and pool towels where applicable, as well as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash. Washing powder is also supplied where there is an internal laundry.
