Newly built and spacious 44sqm condo unit with modern and stylish interiors located on the 31st floor of Victoria Sports Tower 2. Conveniently situated along EDSA and a few meters away from MRT GMA station, its location is considered very central to Quezon City. Major Malls (SM North Edsa and Trinoma) are less than 10 mins by car and just 2 MRT train stops away, whilst around the corner is where you can find the busy Timog Avenue, which is known for having rows of restaurants and pubs.

The space
- Newly built, spacious, fully furnished, with modern industrial style interiors conveniently located along EDSA in Quezon City.

- Designed to be a 2-bedroom apartment with kids and a master's bedroom. However, we are utilizing the kid's room as a storage room in the meantime.
The Master's bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed complete with beddings/linen.

- Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or a family of 3 (2 adults+1 kid).

- We've set up a laptop-friendly workspace in the master's bedroom beside the window for natural light to come in, and for you to get a healthy dose of vitamin D (sunlight) while taking your calls or sending your emails.

- Cozy nook by the window in the living room is the perfect spot for reading a book while sipping on your morning cup of coffee or cocktails at night.

- Equipped with fast fiber Internet (wifi), a 55" wall-mounted Samsung UHD 4K Smart ready TV that is cable-ready with 300+ channels and Netflix in the Living room, and another 55" wall mount TCL UHD 4K Smart TV in the masters bedroom for your entertainment.

- Kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, range hood, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, and a fridge. Dinnerware such as plates, cups, and glasses are also provided for guests to use. Light Cooking is allowed.
