This 4 bedroom villa with a private pool. The villas are located within walking distance from Bingin, Dreamland Beach, and high-quality restaurants. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are equipped with air-conditioning.

Bingin is a trendy and upcoming area with amazing restaurants, a wonderful beach, and great surf.

The space
Please be aware that we have 2 Villas. You will be allocated depending on availability. We only have pictures of the first villa. The villas have the same style but can have a slightly different layout.

Modjo villa is designed with a fusion of tropical and Balinese modern architecture and is rich in cozy boho furniture.

A stunning swimming pool with beanbag chairs that elevate the garden scenery greets you as you enter the villa. You will see two buildings placed next to the pool. The first building consists of an open-plan living space equipped with a comfy sunken living room, LED TV, and a hanging swing chair.

In order for the guests to keep up with the living space, the kitchen is simply positioned behind the living area and is equipped with a complete kitchen set, kitchen island, and in-dining room table that is suitable for up to 8 guests.

The other building concentrates on the positioning of the four-bedroom suites. Each bedroom has a minimalist design concept and is furnished with natural boho furniture. All suites are equipped with a semi-outdoor bathroom designed with a natural stone wall to give the residents a tropical scheme. The master bathrooms are decorated with a dreamy bathtub. In contrast, the other three bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Guest access
The villa and pool will be reserved for you. There will be a host who will be your contact person during your stay. We have a housekeeping team, a gardener, and a pool boy to ensure the villa is pristine.

This villa has air conditioning units installed only in the bedrooms, not the living room. While we understand that this may concern some guests, we want to make sure that our accommodations are designed to maximize natural ventilation and cooling. The living room has large windows that can be opened to allow for fresh air to circulate and keep the space comfortable. This provides a more sustainable and eco-friendly way to keep our guests comfortable during their stay.
