The space
Welcome to a truly unique piece of Orlando history. Originally custom-built in the 1920s by a renowned local builder, this home was meticulously remodeled in 2021 to offer modern comforts while preserving its breathtaking original character.

Historic Details:

As one recent guest noted, "It's like being in a museum." You'll find stunning leaded glass windows, picture-frame oak wood floors, original art-deco door knobs and light fixtures, soaring 10-foot ceilings, and a grand staircase featuring traditional wainscoting.

The home spans 3,200 square feet, offering ample room for your entire group to spread out and relax.

• Bedrooms: Five spacious bedrooms, most featuring premium memory foam mattresses for a restful night's sleep.
• Bathrooms: 2.5 well-appointed bathrooms (two full baths and one half bath).
• Living Areas: Separate, elegant living and dining rooms perfect for family gatherings.
• Kitchen: A fully equipped, modern kitchen ready for preparing family meals.
• Work & Play: A dedicated office with a standing desk and gigabit ethernet for remote workers, plus a dedicated playroom stocked with toys for children aged 2-6.
• Outdoor Spaces: Multiple outdoor seating areas and a beautiful sunroom overlooking a lush, natural jungle landscape.

Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire main house and the surrounding yard.

Please note that the property is part of a larger, historic compound that includes two other separate buildings. While your home and yard are completely private, the main driveway is shared with the other buildings.

Parking: You will have one dedicated parking space in the driveway directly in front of the patio. For any additional vehicles, there is ample, free street parking available immediately outside the property.

• A Lived-In Feel: This historic property is a cherished family home. While it is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, you may notice some personal items stored in closets or cabinets. We ensure all essential spaces are cleared for your use, but it retains a warm, lived-in character rather than a sterile hotel environment.

• Historic Home Quirks: As a nearly 100-year-old home, it has unique character and occasional quirks typical of historic properties. We have lovingly maintained it, but we ask guests to appreciate its vintage charm.

• Security: For your peace of mind, there are exterior security cameras monitoring the perimeter of the property. There are no cameras inside the home.
