The cute apartment on 43 sqm of living space leaves nothing to be desired despite its size.
The all-inclusive carefree furnishings make your vacation as relaxed as possible. If anything is missing, we look forward to your feedback.
You can look forward to the following amenities:
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a 3-star refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, microwave with grill function, coffee maker and Senseo pad machine, toaster, kettle, tea maker, egg cooker, etc.
Bedrooms
The modern bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (comfort height), 2 bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
Hallway
In the hallway there is a large closet with ironing board, iron, broom, etc. as well as a wardrobe with shoe bench.
Living room
The cozy living room has a flat-screen TV, DVD player and mini hi-fi system. The sofa bed can be converted into a bed (120 x 200 cm) with an additional mattress topper in just a few simple steps. (Due to the size of the sofa bed, it is ideal for one adult or 2 children).
Balcony
The balcony with seating and parasol is accessible from the bedroom and living room.
Bathroom
In the bathroom you can take a shower or relax in the tub.

Guest access
In addition to our apartment, our guests have free access to the indoor pool, the great garden, a pond, the recreation room, a children's playroom and free parking.
In addition, the offer of the Konus card with free local transport for our guests is included!
The spa hotel also has a sauna*, a fitness studio and a washing machine and dryer, which can be used in the building for an additional fee. The billiard table, as well as the foosball table, can also be used for a small fee (€1 and €0.50 per game. There is only one coin machine here, so we recommend taking enough change with you).
*Since the sauna in the spa hotel is operated externally, we unfortunately have no influence on availability and pricing. However, all guests who book an "apartmentglück accommodation" will also have the opportunity to rent the sauna in the "House of Happiness" at discounted conditions. :) The House of Happiness is located just a few meters from the spa hotel.

Other things to note
Note on construction work in the house (04/13 – 05/01/2026):
In the period from April 13 to May 2026, scheduled construction work (replacement of the windows) will take place in our house.
The work is carried out on weekdays (Monday to Friday) during normal working hours. During this period, there may be construction noise at times, which may affect the acoustics of the stay. Other restrictions are not known, but cannot be completely ruled out. We ask you to take this into account when booking.
For all stays during this period, we will grant a 20% discount at the time of booking to compensate for any noise pollution that may occur. By booking, guests confirm that they have taken note of this notice; in this case, there is no further entitlement to an additional price reduction.
If you have any questions, we will of course be at your disposal at any time.

In both the living room and bedroom we have curtains that darken the premises.
Around the Schluchsee there are numerous opportunities for great activities and culinary experiences! If you don't want to leave the facility, you don't necessarily have to. Shopping, doctors, bakeries, a pharmacy, etc. can be reached on foot.
In addition: Families with children are welcome guests with us! :)
For the provision of a crib and high chair, we ask you to let us know in advance.
The sauna can only be used for a fee and must be reserved as it is operated externally and is available exclusively for private use. The price for use starts at €20 for 2 hours for one person and varies by duration and number of guests. Unfortunately, we have no influence on pricing or availability.
The use of the billiards table, as well as foosball in the game room, as well as the use of the communal washing machines and dryers are also done for a small fee (€0.50 to €1.00). Since the appliances do not change, we recommend bringing change.
Please note: Schluchsee is a spa town and therefore the municipality imposes a tourist tax for tourist stays. It is €3.50 p.p./ night for adults from 16 years and for children from 6 to 15 years € p.p./night. You can easily do this in advance. However, the city tax offers even more! The "Konus" program lets you use public transport for free during your stay! In addition, there are a few partners who can offer you perks.
