The space
We have a full kitchen that is stocked and ready to cook meals, make a cup of coffee, and store your food in the fridge and freezer.

We have two queen beds, one is located in the back of the house on the main floor (no ladder or stairs to get to this one). The second queen bed is located in the loft that does require a ladder to access. The ladder is secured safely to the wall to allow easy access to the loft.

There is a dinette area for seating for two inside the home and we have an additional eating area on the side patio with a picnic table that can seat up to 4 adults.

The bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths for your use. We also have complimentary shampoo and conditioner and some additional toiletries available for you to use.

We do have coin laundry right across the sidewalk in our clubhouse that you are welcome to utilize during your stay. Please make sure to bring quarters if you plan on utilizing the washer and dryer.

PET POLICY:
We know leaving your furry friend behind when you travel isn't fun so we are happy to have them join you in our pet-friendly Airbnb. We do require a $50 non-refundable per pet fee to be paid prior to your stay that is good for the duration of your stay. If pet fur or a pet is on site at the home without notifying us before your stay and paying the pet fee the pet fee will be doubled and be charged to you after your stay. This ensures that both your stay and that of our guests after you will be enjoyable and relaxing. Please keep pets off of furniture and counters. Your pet must use the bathroom outside. You will be required to clean up defecations in the yard immediately and dispose of the bag properly. We do not provide them. Your pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the home. We can ask you to remove your pet and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior, or an obvious lack of sanitation. Should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any additional cleaning, repairs, or replacements as a result. If you have any questions, please ask!

The tiny home is located in an RV park. Please be aware that others do live here full time. The speed limit in the park is 5 mph please pay close attention to your speed in the park as there are children and animals that live here. The park is very quiet and relaxing with a beautiful community fire pit and swing right in front of the home. The park offers free morning coffee at your convenience. The community also puts on events in the clubhouse and around the fire pit a couple of times a month that you’re welcome to join!

There is a setup for horse shoes and bean bags near the house that you are welcome to use. If you would like to use them let me know and I will make sure the playing materials are available for you.

There is a train located within a mile of the park that you can hear from the house. We do have a sleep sound machine in the bedroom on the main floor to help drown out any outside noise such as the train to enjoy a more sound sleep.

Located just 30 min away from the Prehistoric Devils Den an underwater cave that you can snorkel or dive on site (one of our personal favorites!).
