Welcome to our one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest house with a private oasis backyard in Culver City!

The bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has a pull out sofa with queen size bed. AC in both living room and bedroom. The in-unit washer & dryer is convenient for all.

Conveniently located just 10 minutes from LAX and 15 minutes from Marina Beach, Venice Beach, and Santa Monica Beach.

There are plenty of street parking available without restrictions.

No Unregistered guests are allowed inside or on the property:
- Registered guests must be approved by the host before the beginning of the booking.
- ⁠Violation of this rule will result in a fine of $75/day per unregistered guest and the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

No business allowed in or on the Property:
- Guests traveling for business purposes are not allowed to conduct business activities such as providing services and selling products inside or on the property.

No use of candles, incense, and devices that are a fire hazard.

Smoking is not allowed indoors. No parties.
