Light & airy 1 bedroom garden flat with seperate entrance. Just built with soaring ceilings, exposed beams & polished concrete floors . There is a loft space in the bedroom for you to explore. A great spot to read a book or take a nap.
There is a separate lounge/ kitchen with glass sliding doors that lead onto a deck with views of the garden.
The deck is north facing & sun drenched. You have your own full kitchen and a combined bathroom laundry. For comfort you have ceiling fans & A/c.

The space
The space is new construction located behind our main residence and we live onsite. The flat is accessed via the path on the right side of the house & has its own separate entrance, there are 4 steps & a long narrow path to access the flat. The garden flat is completely separate to the main house but is adjoined by a fireproof concrete filled wall. The garden flat is a newly constructed council approved dwelling ie granny flat. All brand new finishes & appliances.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances: gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, good size fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine, cutlery, plates, glasses, tea towels etc. We provide some tea, coffee, sugar & pantry staples.
The bathroom has towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

Guest access
You have a private path & separate entrance to the flat from the street.
You also have a deck & access to the garden as we don’t use it. The flat is self check in. please note access is via a long narrow path with stairs. It can be challenging for those with mobility issues & is not suitable for wheelchairs or walkers.

Other things to note
Access is up a few stairs & along a narrow path on the right side of the main house. We have a sensor light if you arrive late.
