This “Casa Chica” home is nestled in a tranquil area, stylish interiors, and a rooftop patio for entertaining and views of the surrounding neighborhood, mountains and the golf course. The authentic kitchen has charming wooden cabinetry, with Mexican tile countertops and major appliances including refrigerator, an oven and a stovetop.

- Relax in style on two new lounge chairs set on the main patio.
- The downstairs bedroom features a queen mattress, complemented by a cozy twin bed in the nook area, complete with blackout curtains for added privacy.
- An additional twin bed is conveniently available in the closet, allowing the home to accommodate 4 to 6 guests comfortably.
- Unwind in the living room with a brand new recliner for your comfort.
