** The $1,500 security deposit will be requested through the Airbnb Resolution Center AFTER the booking is confirmed. Booking will not be confirmed until security deposit is paid in full. The guest will NOT be charged while making the booking. Only after the booking is confirmed.
*We require a License Agreement be signed directly after booking, as well as listing the names, ages, and contact info of all your guests. Information will not be shared with any third parties. Your Booking is not complete until you've signed the License Agreement. A link to sign will be sent via email. Access to the property cannot be granted before signing the License Agreement.
*Maximum 5 vehicles allowed on premises. There are also three street parking spaces available.
*Maximum number of additional daytime guests allowed: 5 (Please inquire if more guests are expected and we can discuss)
*There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in the house. Smoking outside may take place only with all doors and windows closed, and cigarette butts must be disposed directly into the outside trash cans.
