* The garage was converted in 2019, so everything is (almost) brand new!
* Flexible check-in/check-out with keyless entry
* Outdoor patio to enjoy our beautiful California weather

What you might not like:
* There’s a rail track behind our backyard, so you might hear occasional trains passing by (~5 times a day). We (and our neighbors) live here and it doesn’t bother us at all.
* Since the unit is a converted garage, the bedroom doesn’t have any windows. This might be a plus for those of you who can only sleep with no lights on or don’t like to be woken up by the sun every morning :)
