The space
Reverse cycle air conditioning provides year round comfort. You can also make the most of natures 'sea breeze' and draw back the 3 fold sliding doors to enjoy the cool of the evening after a warm summers day. Winter invites hot cups of tea in the relaxing and peaceful sitting room overlooking the front court yard. The outdoor under cover dining area looks over a green space where children and pets can run and play.

Guest access
Sea Breeze Port Campbell now offers full access to the secure garage there is also ample free parking onsite, including front nature strip and curb side parking.
Port Campbell beach, shops, restaurants and the pub are all within walking distance (400m) so you wont need to worry about parking in the CBD during high peak periods.

Other things to note
Pets

Your pet is most welcome at Sea Breeze Port Campbell. When you arrive you will find in the garage on the shelving some pet supplies for use during your stay. The supplies include a water bucket, feeding bowl, bed, toys, lead, wipes, and poop bags.
Please keep pets off carpeted areas and furniture including couches and beds. Evidence of dogs being on beds or couches incurs an automatic minimum $50 extra cleaning fee. Thankyou for your cooperation and I hope you all have a comfortable and enjoyable stay 🐾🐶💕

The 10th person sleeps on a mattress on the floor, you can set the mattress up in whichever room you choose.
There is also 1 Porta cot for infants. Mattress bedding and Porta cot can be found in the master bedroom walk in wardrobe.

Coffee

Please enjoy the Expressi Capsule Coffee Machine and Milk Frother
1 coffee pod per guest per stay is supplied (please bring your own Expressi compatible pods if wanting extra coffee.

Water

Please use ‘rain water’ only on electric kettle and coffee machine.
Rain water comes from turning the silver knob under the main tap in the kitchen sink
Please leave both coffee machine and milk frother cleaned
