The space
The natural light filled space, with views of mountains and views of water, comfortably sleeps 4 and is fitted with AIR CONDITIONING. Perfect for families or corporate travellers looking luggage only move-in ready option. It is walking distance to Waterfront Park and all the shops and restaurants unique to Downtown Kelowna.
Our newly constructed condo offers 600 sqft. of indoor living space and the outdoor patio balcony is 100 sqft.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: Kindly note, as we are a flexible stay rental, we will request our guests to sign a rental agreement at time of booking, provide copies of all guest passports, and we will request a $1500 CAD security/damage deposit through the Airbnb resolution portal. After your stay is completed, and upon inspection of no damages, the deposit will be returned back to your credit card by Airbnb through the Airbnb resolution portal. Airbnb’s credit card provider takes approx 10 business days to show the refund back to your credit card statement. Alternatively, we also accept e-transfer and can be returned back in form of e-transfer at time of check out inspection. The reason we do this is because the “Security Deposit” function from Airbnb is not enforceable due to the fact that Airbnb does not authorize any funds on the credit card of payment for the amount that is inputted.
