Perfectly positioned just moments from the shoreline, this thoughtfully renovated four-bedroom home offers space, comfort, and flexibility for families or groups of up to 10 guests. Inside, you’ll find two generous living areas, ideal for spreading out and relaxing after a day by the water. The open dining space seats six, while the fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential cookware to make holiday meals effortless.

Two modern bathrooms and a full laundry with washing machine and dryer add practicality for longer stays, while air-conditioning in the main living area ensures year-round comfort. Step outside to enjoy the BBQ and outdoor entertaining areas, stay connected with Wi-Fi, and take advantage of convenient onsite parking. With a welcoming, light-filled layout and room for everyone to unwind, this home is designed for easy coastal living

This property offers self-check-in. One set of keys is provided per booking. If you require additional keys, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, a call-out fee may apply. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site.

Noise & No-Party Policy: All properties are in residential areas with strict noise rules. Noise outside between 10 PM and 8 AM, parties, or large gatherings are prohibited. Violations may lead to eviction, bond forfeiture, and extra charges.
Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control.
Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay.
Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest.
