Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
A gorgeous, gently restored miners cottage set in a tranquil location, Shepherds Hill Cottage is part of a working alpaca farm. The secluded cottage has it's own private garden and is right next to the alpaca nursery paddock, so expect to see lots of crias (baby alpacas)!
The cottage is conveniently located, 10mins to Kyneton, 15mins to Trentham, 20 mins to Daylesford and 1hr 15mins to Melbourne.

The space
The cottage has original features along with modern touches for a comfortable and unique stay. A wood burning heater and reverse cycle A/C will keep you cosy in winter and cool in summer.

The large bedrooms have luxurious alpaca quilts, pillows and throws. The master has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed.

The country kitchen is fully equipped with a Belling Range, Bosch dishwasher and Delonghi automatic coffee machine.

The bathroom has a bath with shower above.

Guest access
You will have exclusive use of the cottage and the entire 3 acres of grounds during your stay.

*Our rates are room dependent not guest dependent. If you are a group of 2 and wish to use the 2 bedrooms please enter 4 guests into the booking request.
*We are a working alpaca farm and therefore not suitable for pets.
*Please don’t feed the alpacas or jump the fences, thanks.
