Stunning views of Launceston and the Tamar River can be seen through the treetops and in the distance forested mountain slopes. Across the road, a trail leads down through Cataract Gorge.
The classy, well-stocked library has a comfy sofa, and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair. A sunny deck beckons.
Fast wifi and quality Smart TV with streaming services are available.

The space
A recent review:- "This was a stylish house full of beautiful art, Persian rugs, lamps and dimmable overhead lighting, top shelf appliances, a very classy library, linen sheets, feather pillows, heated bathroom floors and giant windows with a breathtaking view of Launceston town and mountains. I cannot recommend this house highly enough. Absolutely perfect". Karen

Guest access
Guests have sole access to all facilities. Off-street parking is available at the door of the townhouse. All living areas are on one level. Access to the laundry, however, is via a staircase. Guests can dine in on the 18 Century oak table or outside on the sunny deck with a table that will seat six. A gas Weber BBQ is available also.
Guests are provided with pin access to an electronic smart lock, making it easy to come and go.

Other things to note
We are located near the top of a hill on the edge of Cataract Gorge reserve in West Launceston.
The Townhouse is near to a trail which will take you through the Gorge to the city, however the walk back is mostly uphill and is only recommended for the stout-hearted! We strongly recommend that guests have a car to fully enjoy their stay.
