It has one of the most premier, extensive views of the pristine Wooli River as well as being only one minute’s walk to the 7km long ocean beach.
This coastal home has been stylishly renovated from top to bottom with high quality fittings/fixtures and beautiful furnishings.
The space
Upstairs is the big living area, dining area, Kitchen, 1 Queen Bedroom, Bathroom and Front deck. Downstairs is 3 queen bedrooms. 1 living area with sofa bed and TV, Bathroom with bath and Laundry.
Guest access
The property can accommodate 2 cars parked behind each other in front of the house. Across the road is a public carpark at the public wharf.
Other things to note
Wooli Viilage is a small village that is a peninsula between the Wooli River and the Pacific Ocean. It is flat and easy to walk or bike around. Fishing and Boating is a big part of the village. The Solitary Islands Marine Park is directly off the coast, which has great diving and fishing. There are fishing and dive charters that can be booked from Wooli Dive and Fishing Centre. There are also small boats and a party pontoon that can be hired from Wooli Boat hire to fish Wooli River that is surrounded by Yuraygir National Park which has many amazing walking tracks along the coast and inland. There is a child friendly lagoon at the river mouth for swimming as well as the beach and river. The sand hills across the river are a great adventure for All. Stand Up Paddle Boards can be hired from Stellar Water Sports in Wooli. Tennis Court hire can be booked through the caravan park 1 min down the road and the Courts are located on Main Street across the road from the Bowling Club. Minnie Waters is 10 mins drive that you can get great food, surfing, snorkeling, bush walking and beautiful beaches.

We had to extend our trip when we got there as we didn’t want to leave this amazing place! We are regular holidayers to Wooli and this is our favourite home to stay in. The views are amazing, the house is well equipped with everything you need, the linen and towels are so lovely making it such a wonderful place to stay. Location was the best too for my boys to fish off the jetty. We are already planning our next stay :) xx

We loved our stay at Pipe Dream! Perfect for two small families, and the manager Kim was kind enough to drop off a water cooler fan to help keep things cool in the upstairs room! The house is beautiful and the location is so lovely. We loved swimming at the mouth of the river at high tide and sitting on the deck as the sun set. Make sure you do your grocery shopping before getting into Wooli! A beautiful weekend.

Stayed in many many AirBnB’s around Australia and this location was hard to beat. Here is a detailed review for those travelling: Location: The best. This little town has everything you need. Clean river for fishing and swimming, great beach and even better beach a short drive away. Food: local pub has a good variety with the addition of a Thai restaurant. Other options include a bowling club for Chinese and a great little cafe that is directly behind the house. Cafe serves great milkshakes, breakfast and lunch. House: good size, clean and as advertised. Kitchen is well set up and great for cooking. The beds are hot and miss. Two down stairs beds are uncomfortable. The only real issue we had was the lack of air con or even ceiling or pedestal fans. If it’s a still night in summer it’s a tough nights sleep. Must do: Take a tiny, surfboards and fishing gear. This place is amazing for water lovers. We will be back, great house, amazing location, clean, just needs some air con or fans.

This is the BEST house in Wooli. Don’t even bother looking elsewhere. I’m serious! :) I tend to be picker when looking for places to stay and this house was absolutely wonderful. The bedding was lovely, clean and I felt very comfortable staying here. More amenities than you could imagine including a barista coffee machine. Make sure you visit the coffee shop (on the back block of the house you’re staying in!).

Stunning home and location. Whoever the owners are have put a lot of time, thought and energy into creating a lovely seaside getaway with all the interior touches of a real home, not just a cold holiday home. The views from the top floor of the river are beautiful, as are the sound of the ocean and bird song all day long. The kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs and more, such as a toasting machine, blender and so much crockery etc. Plenty of spices to use. Towels and lines were top notch and beds super comfortable. Our only issue was the wifi box wasn't working so we couldn't use the TV's all weekend and it wasn't looked into by the host very well. But out there in the gorgeous nature we were able to have a tech free weekend and who couldn't use more of these!
