With a hands on kitchen, home cooked food delivery/ Cafe delivery, bakery factory ten steps from the property, One Touch Grocery store, Medicine shops, Visitor’s Cafeteria and smaller groceries under 100 metres from the Villa, food options are plenty. A cozy place to be specially during winters. A place to be.

Even though Kusum Villa is in the heart of the city, it enjoys peace and tranquility of being in quiet neighbourhood The feeling as if one is in wilderness. The neighbourhood includes the well known Kamla Nehru Hospital, Marina Hotel, very close to the Chief Minister’s Residence and one of the most beautiful property The Woodville Palace.

Kusum Villa is a three storeyed house out of which we are letting out the second floor. It has been fondly named after our mother Kusum Sharma by our father. It has been designed beautifully making best use of space.

During your stay

We have a part time caretaker team of husband and wife, Rakesh and Gauri. They do not stay at the property. Rakesh welcomes guests, helps with their parking/ luggage/ familiarising the guests with the property and surrounding areas. Gauri visits the property everyday for housekeeping at 10:30. Rakesh is on call for any other assistance, arranging for taxi etc, local info etc.
And I am available 24X7 on phone to answer any queries and liasioning.😊 Please feel free to call anytime.
