Marfa House is a restored historic 1892 railroad hotel located in the heart of Marfa. The Rio Concho is a second-floor one-room efficiency unit with an en suite private bathroom. It has a private entry from and direct access to the Marfa House front balcony, which offers comfortable outdoor seating and a changing view of down-town Marfa, and the Union Pacific trains which pass through. Free Wi Fi is available throughout Marfa House.

The space
Rio Concho features a king-sized bed that may be configured as two separated twin beds if the guests desire. It also offers a mini-refrigerator, a coffee and wine station, and a 32-inch Roku TV. The room has comfortable seating, a small desk and chair, a walk-in closet for hanging clothes, and a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and natural light. Guests enjoy original art, including pieces inspired by Picasso and Basquiat.
