The space
Guests can take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. The apartment features a spacious bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-sized bed adorned with fresh luxury linens, a plush doona, and pillows.

For larger families or groups in need of an extra sleeping option, the lounge in the main living area can be converted into a cozy double bed.

Other things to note
We're also animal lovers, and we're thrilled to offer pet-friendly accommodation so that you can enjoy a holiday or getaway with your furry friend. The flat has a fully fenced dog yard with a Large dog kennel and a tap for water. If you are bringing a pet please ADD it to your booking.

- Dogs may be walked in surrounding paddocks and along the river and it is the pet owner’s sole responsibility to control and manage their pet at all times on the property.
- Pets must be supervised at all times and must not be left unattended when outside the dog yard.
- All pet food and amenities must be provided by the pet owner (for example you are to bring your own dog blankets etc).
- All pets must be up to date with their vaccinations, flea treatments and worm treatments.
- Pet owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their pet’s waste in a sealed ‘doggy doo’ plastic bag and removing from the property.
- For health and safety reasons, pets must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the accommodation area (there is a designated wash bay area by the tack shed).

We have three dogs (jack russel, blue healer, kelpie) living on the property and will be in their dog yard while guests are staying with us.

Please note that there are three dogs on the property, but they will be kept in their own designated dog yard during guests' stay.
