The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $170.

The space
A beautiful self contained split level bungalow with pool and ocean views. Kitchen and other cooking amenities include; bar fridge, microwave, sunbeam frying pan, electric 2 burner hotplate, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and coffee machine.

Please note:
You will need to bring your own firewood to the property to use the fire pit.
There is no oven and no dishwasher. There are no laundry facilities at The Copa Cabana.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the pool, built in sauna and all amenities. You have an exclusive spot to park your car on the left hand side of the driveway, walk to the left of the garage, walk down the path past the steps(be careful) and you will find the Cabana over looking the pool and ocean..

If you are arriving late, you may need to use a torch or your phone to safely walk down the short path at night.

Other things to note
Our property has a built-in sauna which is a great novel feature. You're welcome to indulge in your own personal spa treatment in the sauna and we have instructions provided for you so you can use it easily throughout your stay. Please read up on the suitability of taking a sauna based on your own health status. The owners take no responsibility for any illness or injury caused by your use of the sauna.

This property is also perfect for whale watching. Depending on what month you choose to stay you will either see the whales migrating north (May/June/July), or a pod with their brand new whale calf heading back down south (September/October).

If you choose to bring a small dog (up to 10kg), there will be an additional fee of $170 added to your booking. Dogs MUST NOT be left unattended in the Copa Cabana; please keep them off the furniture. Please bring your own bedding for your dog.

All you need to bring is what you are going to eat, drink and a beach towel. WiFi is also available at the property.

If enjoying the daybed in the pool area, please ensure the adjustable shade canopy is pushed back in strong winds.

Neighbourhood highlights

The beach! Copacabana has one of the greatest costal town setups around. "Down the hill", or the shop area has multiple convenient stores like a general store, a bakery, a bottle shop, a few lovely cafes, a restaurant or two and of course a fish and chips shop. Other amenities include a playground located just behind the shops, a fire station, a skate park and surf life saving club as well as a whale watching platform. There's also a spectacular lookout just down the road from the property which is well worth the 2 minute walk which features view stretching to Sydney CBD, Centrepoint Tower and Sydney Airport.

It's easy to get parking at Copa beach. Not like Sydney.
