Welcome to this lovely space to unwind and relax. Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of this contemporary space. Amazing location! Whether your visit is for business or pleasure - this is a perfect space with all the comforts of home. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and parks. Close access to Airport, HWY 410, 401, 407 & Mount pleasant GO Station.

The space
This apartment is equipped with one solid queen bed with very comfortable memory foam mattress. And extra bed sofa is available where 2 people can easily sleep. There is no standard big stove in this apartment, but you have a kitchenette equipped with a small electric portable stove, a microwave, a portable oven, a small fridge and freezer and a Keurig coffee machine.
The location is about 35 minutes away from the Toronto Pearson International airport and 45 minutes away from Downtown Toronto (Union Station).

You can ride a bus to everywhere in the Great Toronto Area.

The property is located just 3 minutes walk away from the sandalwood park in Brampton where you spend time to enjoy the nature. It is also not 2 minutes drive from Mount pleasant Go station.
You have one free parking on the property and also free parking on the street during the day (Not during the night from 1AM till 7AM). Also, the parking is only for small and standard car size, NOT FOR TRUCK.

Other things to note
- This great apartment has a kitchenette with sink, a microwave and a small portable oven, portable cooking stove, coffee machine available

- The apartment has some fuse tripping issues. To avoid that, instructions are posted beside outlets. In general, you can not plug, in addition to the appliances already in the apartment, heavy appliances in this apartment.

- PARKING: Please be aware that the available parking is only for small or standard car size. NOT FOR TRUCK. This is very important.
