Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. With the Hotham River on your back door step and a 10 minute trip to Boddington where all your infrastructure needs are met. A fully functioning kitchen with a large oven and pantry if you wish to be self sufficient. Other amenities include a washing machine
This 3 bedroom house is set up with a master bedroom & ensuite and a separate bathroom with a bath.

The space
The outdoor area is still waiting for the grass to grow around the newly erected pergola giving you an undercover dining area,. next to the open area with the fire pit. (winter use only).

Guest access
You are able to walk the 10 acre property and venture down to the back boundary to find the Hotham River.
The drive in carport gived eaasy access to the entrance door.

Other things to note
Please be aware there are sheep on the property that are extremely friendly. If you walk into the dam paddock they could try & head butt you. Just keep walking. If you are taking pets with you I suggest you have them on a lead through this paddock. Please don't let your pet chase or antaganize them. Also make sure any gates you open are securely shut. Thank you for your consideration.
There are 4 EV stations in the town site but you will need your own lead.

I am a 54 yr old Aussie. I have 2 children (left @home) 21 yr old son & 19 yr old daughter. I have been widowed for 10 years . I undertook my first solo voyage last year through the East coast of America using airbnb & had great experiences! i enjoy sewing, scrap booking,driving, being in the country, history & live shows.I am a High school Maths teacher doing 'relief" work at our local high school. My daughter has just been accepted into Norwich uni & so I am showing her the sights before she starts studying. We are both excited at coming to UK.
