Tucked away on our peaceful 40 acre farm in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges, our adults only Cabin has been created for couples looking to reconnect, celebrate something special or simply escape the everyday.
Inside you'll find a cosy space with an inviting electric fireplace for ambiance, a luxurious queen bed, soft lighting, music, games and thoughtful little touches make it feel warm, welcoming and impossible to leave.
Outside is your own private undercover kitchen, complete with a BBQ, gas cooktop, bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and everything you need for lazy breakfasts and relaxed dinners surrounded by nature.
And then there's the moment everyone remembers...
A steaming outdoor bath beneath the stars, overlooking the forest and mountain ranges, festoon lights and bubble bath. It's the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine after a day exploring the Dandenong Ranges, or simply spend the afternoon doing absolutely nothing at all.
As the sun goes down, light the fire pit, toast marshmallows, wrap yourself in a blanket and enjoy the kind of peace that's becoming harder and harder to find.

Apart from offering breathtaking vistas of the Yarra Valley and the Warburton Ranges, Alkira is nestled alongside a charming creek adorned with majestic mountain ash trees and delicate ferns. You'll find yourself just 20 meters from a well-frequented walking trail leading to the John's Hill Reserve Lookout, providing a convenient and accessible gateway to explore this remarkable area.
