Bay View is in a premier frontline position with views directly over the sea & private parking. It is only 2 minutes level walk from the lovely sandy beaches in New Quay. It has stunning uninterrupted sea views of the bay from all the front rooms & garden making it a wonderful location for a holiday. New Quay has wonderful sandy beaches. Bottle-nosed dolphins & seals can be seen out in the bay from the house. Listen to the sea and wake up to the sight of dolphins from in bed!
The space
This superb holiday home sleeps 6 & has private parking for 2 cars to the front of the property.
Bay View has been furnished to a high standard with lots of nautical items to give a seaside feel. It has oak floors & a log burner & has been decorated with lots of neutral tones giving it a lovely relaxing feel.
Bookings are weekly with a Saturday check in. There is a certain amount of flexilbility for short breaks and different check in dates but these are only on request so please feel free to enquire.
ACCOMODATION
Bay View sleeps 6 in 4 upstairs bedrooms:-
Bedroom 1 - double bed with sea views & en-suite bathroom including toilet, washbasin, shower, heated towel rail & shaver point
Bedroom 2 - king size bed with sea views
Bedroom 3 - bunk beds 5' 9" long (top suitable for child only) & sea views
Bedroom 4 - single (2' 6") at rear
There is a large bathroom with a double ended bath, separate shower, heated towel rail & shaver point.
The ground floor has a cosy lounge with a large inglenook fireplace housing a multi-fuel log burner. There is a comfy sofa & leather club chairs together with TV & Blu-Ray player.
The dining room has a large table & chairs. Enjoy family time whilst taking in the fantastic views of the bay.
Through an archway is a beautiful handmade kitchen with all mod cons including an electric cooker, fridge with ice box, microwave & dishwasher. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils & an additional area at the rear incorporating further storage. There is a downstairs toilet area with a wash basin & also a separate cloakroom off the hall.
OUTSIDE
There is a seating area at the front looking directly out to sea.
The rear garden is terraced and has various seating areas with sea views. A BBQ is provided for alfresco dining.
Rear porch with hanging space for wet gear & wellies etc.
There is private off road parking for 2 cars to the front of the property.
New Quay offers a good base for visiting attractions throughout West Wales.
It has wonderful sandy beaches & spectacular views along the Heritage coast for walkers.
Bird watchers can view one of the largest sea-bird colonies in the area.
There are boat trips along the coast for fishing etc & many opportunities for people wishing to practise their sailing skills, water sports, cycling, tennis, bowls or just to relax.
