West Bay Cove is an established quiet community within a short walking distance to Publix supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, beach supply store, Ace Hardware, multiple restaurants (German, Indian, breakfast place, desert place, etc). There are two pools and you usually have one all to yourself. There’s a nice outdoor seating area with lounge chairs to enjoy Bay water views and the beach on the Gulf of Mexico is a 3 minute walk (one block) or very quick bike ride. There is parking at the beach too, if you want to bring a lot of stuff for the day… and there’s a restaurant, tiki bar, ice cream place, changing rooms, picnic tables and shops at the beach. It’s one of the top ranked beaches in FL. Manatee Beach. There are many other beaches on Anna Maria Island to explore with a bike ride or short drive

We own 5 beach vacation properties on beautiful Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island, FL. Four are a short walk to Beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, and one is directly on the beach, with many great restaurants and attractions nearby all condos. LBK and AMI are very special places. We stay every weekend and walk the beaches daily (when a property is available, our home is 1 hour north in the Tampa area). We hope you have an opportunity to experience these amazing white sand beaches and enjoy the beauty, serenity, and fun of this special part of Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast. As hosts, we are very attentive and available at any time to assist with anything if needed.
