We had a great few days in the this gorgeous area. Our children loved the garden and river being so close. Lots of things on display in the house, very interesting, but I was mindful of potential breakages having my kids there and was glad they weren't any younger. I would say to be careful of the road that runs along the front of the house as some people go along there very fast. Overall the house provided everything we needed and is situated in a stunning part of the world. Sitting around the fire with the river running in the background was a very enjoyable experience.

Great place to get away and relax.... I loved the wildlife that wandered through and just the peaceful sounds of nature ...lots of places to visit in the area...loved the old memorabilia in the house... The only thing was there was no phone reception on my phone, others may be different...overall a great stay

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay in the quiet bush garden setting with rustic charm. The Lyre birds and Ducks were a real treat! We had mother with us plus 2 dogs and we all had good space to relax.

We had a great stay - the house, location - everything was gorgeous. Corey was a great host and great to talk to - also leaving us fresh bread, milk and eggs on arrival - the important things! It was great being able to take our dogs. Highly recommend Fern Tree Cottage if you are after a quiet relatively secluded time away in beautiful surroundings.

My motto is "If you are doing what you love you never work again".
I like camping, fishing, gold prospecting, travelling & sight-seeing so am happy to show you around if you like. There are plenty of places for BBQ day trips.
I'll be on-site, far enough away for your privacy, but ready to assist with any requests & local advice.
