Cozy two-piece apartment with balcony in a quiet residence "La Dragonniere" located inside a beautiful park. Swimming pool with free sun loungers, tennis court, gym area, indoor parking and WiFi. Private exit from the residence to a path (the famous "le Corbusier") leading to the beach. Great location: 2 min from supermarket and butchery, bus stops (Monaco, Menton, Nice...). 15 min walk from the seacoast.

The space
The apartment is freshly listed on Airbnb, so don't miss your chance to become one of our first guests :) It's a very cozy and bright apartment, beautifully decorated in the Mediterranean style with our own hands.

The place is perfect for couples, friends, and families with up to 3 kids. Although the most suitable number of guests is 4, there is an extra folding bed for the 5th person.

The apartment is connected to high-speed optical fiber WiFi. The WiFi is also available in the lobby from 9am to 23pm.

The kitchen has a full-size stove and a small oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a medium-size refrigerator with a small freezer, as well as a portable blender and mixer, electric griddle plate, kettle and Nespresso coffeemaker. There are salt, sugar, pepper and some other spices for you to cook.

The two rooms (the living room and the bedroom) are separated with a sliding door, so they can be used as private spaces. One bathroom is connected with the bedroom, the other one - with the living room & the kitchen.

The balcony is equipped with a marquise and an outdoor table with 4 chairs and is perfect for dining in the fresh air.

The beach essentials (towels, children’s beach toys, a water mattress, and a big inflatable shark) are available.

For families with kids, there are children's toys, books, a baby chair, and a playpen if requested. The surfaces have protective corner guards for your kid's safety.

The TV has several channels in different languages, as well as an HDMI cable and USB slot which you can use to watch movies.

The apartment is located in the very heart of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, which is only 4 km from Monaco Monte-Carlo's scenery spots (casino, yacht port, various museums) and 4 km from Menton, a well-known French resort that is famous for its amazing sea view, beautiful gardens and the Lemon Festival. Roquebrune itself has a number of must-see places, such as the Park of Roquebrune, "Le Corbusier" path that is lining the peninsula, and the Old Town with a medieval castle.
