Nearby, you'll find Darwin Sailing Club where you can storm watch on the water and Darwin Military Museum for a unique, interactive experience.

The space
Perfect for families or large groups, this stunning designer home provides an unmatched stay in the Top End. It showcases impressive living quarters, both indoors and out, with ample space for everybody to kick back and relax. Explore Darwin’s nearby attractions such as Lake Alexander and East Point Reserve, cycling and walking trails along the foreshore and famous markets all within easy reach.

Step inside and you’ll be instantly drawn by this property’s high-end finishes. It offers spacious, open plan living and dining flowing to a tiled outdoor area set for alfresco meals. Make a splash in the private saltwater swimming pool before cooking up a storm on the BBQ. A contemporary galley style kitchen is kitted with top-quality appliances with a central island bench and butlers’ pantry. In the evenings relax on sumptuous sofas inviting movie nights at home.

Ascend upstairs to find a second TV room, dedicated workspace and four large bedrooms, sleeping eight guests. The beautiful master comes with a king-sized bed, luxurious walk-in wardrobe and sleek ensuite bathroom replete with a his-and-hers vanity. Two of the bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, while the last bedroom has two single beds ideal for those travelling with kids. All bedrooms have wardrobes for storing your belongings and come with hotel-quality linens for a good night’s sleep. The main bathroom is impeccably presented with a full freestanding bathtub where you can unwind after a busy day. Guests will also have access to a third bathroom downstairs along with internal laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.

Guests can make use of free undercover parking in the garage for two cars. We provide cots, high chairs and extra children's beds for an extra fee upon request three days before you arrive.

For stays over 14 nights, please note the additional mandatory fees:
- Cleaning Bond: $500 to cover deep cleaning after your stay.
- Mid-Stay Cleaning: Provided every 2 weeks at $300 per cleaning.
Both fees must be paid in advance at least 14 days before check-in to avoid booking cancellation. Thank you.
