Unwind at this unforgettable custom built tiny home accommodation. Located only 50 minutes from Melbourne CBD and 30 minutes from Geelong CBD, you’ll find yourself relaxing in your own area on our 17 acre farm in Little River. If you’re looking for a day of exploring (hikes, mountain bike riding, picnic etc.) We are only a 10 minute drive to the You Yangs regional Park.

The space
This custom built tiny home on wheels is 3 meters wide and 8 meters long with an open kitchen/living room and a loft bedroom accessed via stairs. There is a private bathroom under the loft with a shower, vanity and flushing toilet.

Kitchen:
-Oven/stove
-Fridge/freezer
-Pantry for storage
-Pod coffee machine (pods included)
-Toaster/Kettle
-Pots/pans/utensils etc.
-Salt/pepper/oil/sugar satchels/tea/ coffee/long life milk

Bathroom:
-Towels/face washes/floor mat and hand towel
-Hand wash/body wash/shampoo and conditioner
-clothes steamer/hairdryer

Living room:
-L shape couch
-Split system aircon/heater
-Dining table with bench seats

Loft bedroom:
-Queen bed (linen provided)
-Standing height at the foot of the bed

*Please note there is no tv or wifi in this tiny home as we believe it’s important to take the time to unwind from technology and enjoy the little things in life. We suggest a simple wine and cheese platter or a bbq dinner on the deck.
(There is normal 4G/5G range at the accommodation)

Outdoor space:
-There is a large deck off the tiny home with a dining table, bbq and outdoor claw foot bath tub. (Due to privacy bathers must be worn at all times in the outdoor bath.)

-There is a dedicated fire pit and a pier with deck chairs for guests to relax and watch the sunset over the dam. (kindling, newspaper, matches, fire starters and a box of firewood is provided)

Guests:
-The tiny home caters for a maximum of 2 guests to stay and enjoy the outdoor areas provided (we are an adult only accommodation.) Due to the smaller nature of a tiny home and being on a working farm only the guests mentioned in the booking are allowed to stay and visit.

Check in and check out times:

☆Check out by: 10:00am
-Our check in and check out time allows for us to clean and prepare the accommodation inbetween stays.

Pets:
-No pets are allowed due to being on a working farm.
 
Property:
-Our house is located at the very back of our 17 acre farm, completely separate from the tiny home accommodation (other than a shared driveway).

Guest access
There is dedicated parking for our guests as you first enter the property on the right. From there you enter the tiny home grounds through the arbour.

Nestled on our 17 acre family farm, we loved seeing our vision come to life over a 2 year build. I also love to travel with my husband and explore new places, especially by staying in airbnbs.
