A modern hinterland home designed around the sun, backed by gum trees and set in a quiet street in the mountain village of Lower Beechmont.

This north facing, open planned home is energetically harmonised using radioesthesia & biogeometry, has a mezzanine floor, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and a fenced yard lined with fruit trees, a kitchen garden and bush life making for a relaxing and comfortable stay for couples, families or a group of friends.

The space
The home sleeps 6 comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a large office space area on the mezzanine floor with a selection of books you are welcome to during your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen and laundry makes longer stays comfortable and easy. The yard is fully fenced and is home to an array of fruit trees, a kitchen garden, large decks and a mud kitchen for little people to enjoy.

The Beechmont Box is only a 15 minute drive from the M1, 30 minutes from the Gold Coast theme parks and beaches, short drives to hinterland wedding venues such as Rosewood Estate and Providence Farm Hall and close to natural beauties; Binna Burra, Natural Arch, Numinbah Valley and O'Reillys which make for beautiful scenic drives.

This home makes for the perfect spot to relax and explore the hinterland and surrounds.

-Our home uses rain water, please be mindful with water usage particularly during times of low rainfall
- Our home uses a septic system. Please only use cleaning products we provide and only flush the usual things down the toilet.
- Please refrain from smoking inside or on the decks. 
- Parties are not permitted. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise down after hours.
- Pets considered on application
