The space
Our guest suite is located in the lower back part of our home. The secluded outdoor space is serene in a beautiful neighborhood. There is a private entrance into a spacious and open living area with a gas fireplace. There’s a large TV with Cable, Netflix and excellent WiFi. We have hosted friends and guests here for years. We decided to upgrade by adding a full kitchen and laundry room to open it to the Airbnb community.

We live in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The road is a one-way loop of nicer homes. Because the subdivision was built on a hill there is an upper and a lower part of the loop. Please be aware of one-way signs and no-parking signs because you can only park on one side of the street. Our home has an RV pad that we will leave open for off-street parking.
