Improvements have been kept unobtrusive to preserve this rural land, which serves as a reserve for waterfowl and wildlife. Observation platforms along the sloughs provide unique bird-watching opportunities for visitors. Many species call the park home. Resident pony on property

Other things to note
No kitchen or washer or dryer on the private 100 acre farm. It's in a barn! It's a one bedroom one bathroom suite inside of a barn. :)
