Luxurious mini-cottage in nature (CITQ #304507) near a multitude of attractions in the Portneuf region, including the Bras-du-Nord Valley and the Chemin du Roy, and only 35 minutes from Quebec City. Ideal for an outdoor stay, a vacation-telework experience or a romantic getaway. The residence is located in the Domaine du Grand-Portneuf, a private resort domain with shared areas: outdoor pool, sauna, trails, pool table.

The space
The cottage has a closed bedroom that opens to the bathroom. The large windows and the 9 foot ceiling offer a magnificent view of the hilly forest. A patio door leads to a large terrace with spa, table and chairs, BBQ and hammock chair, an ideal place to enjoy nature. And to finish off the evening, an outdoor fireplace with Adirondack chairs awaits you just below the terrace.
In the open area that includes the living room and dining room is a smart TV with Netflix access included and a table that can be used for both dining and as an office space.

The bathroom features a large glass-enclosed shower, a hair dryer, and a washer and dryer.

Alkov cottage is located in the middle of the Portneuf region, in Pont-Rouge, a dynamic and outdoor-oriented town: the Moulin-Marcoux's programming features current Quebec artists, and there are many parks and trails as well as an outdoor center along the beautiful Jacques-Cartier River. The Portneuf region is renowned for its vast array of outdoor activities, its agrotourism and its famous Chemin du Roy.
