This property is set high above the city behind Townsville City Council, but only a short 5 minute walk down the hill and into the hustle bustle of city life. Walk another 5 mins and you are at The Stadium. Take a left turn from the property, and you are 15 mins walk down the hill to The Strand beach.

It's a very quiet neighbourhood. Surrounded by beautiful homes with views across the city.
