8 Beach Walk is a sprawling 2500 ft.² , 4 double bedroom, beach front apartment with amazing, direct sea views and occupies all of the ground floor and the back half of the first floor of the building. There are direct sea views from the ground floor BBQ balcony and the property comes with one of the two white garages allowing guests convenient secure parking for one very large vehicle throughout their stay.

The space
8 Beachwalk has its own private entrance to the right of the BBQ balcony through the black wrought iron gates leading into a private passageway where the key safe is located. This opens straight into an enormous living and dining space which is completely open plan having just undergone a complete refurbishment and is a stunning entertaining space with the breakfast bar and kitchen visible from here and a convenient downstairs beach shower, toilet, WC to clean yourselves off after a day in the sun.

To the left of the main entrance is a raised lounge area with Sky TV & sofas and full width glass panels allowing stunning views of the beach and sea beyond. The double balcony doors in the middle open 180° so you can sit on the balcony with a glass of red and watch the sun set.

A staircase leads up to the back half of the first floor of the building which is where all 4 double bedrooms are located sleeping up to 8 people (cots and Z-beds available too). The bedroom level has air-conditioning which has proven invaluable during the warmer summer months. One of the bedooms has its own en-suite WC / sink and on this level too is a huge family bathroom with high level wc, big roll top bath, oversized walk-in shower and his and her sinks. A utility cupboard behind the sinks contains a washer dryer and big immersion tank to accommodate all of the property’s hot water needs. (*note* there is a 2nd washer dryer in the kitchen too)

Off the bedroom landing there is another utility space containing a tumble dryer and drying rails.

Three of the four bedrooms have sea-views through their large box sash windows.

All rooms have wardrobes and chest of drawers and there is plenty of additional storage cupboards on the landing.

The large kitchen on the ground floor has over 30 cupboards, White granite tops, a 6 burner Smeg oven, Bosch dishwasher, washer dryer and a large American style fridge - freezer with built-in chilled water and unlimited ice dispenser.

All of the tiled floors in the property ie: kitchen, bathrooms, shower rooms etc have underfloor heating for the winter months.

Beyond the front door there is a side courtyard with tables and chairs where you can sit if you want a bit of peace and quiet.

At over 2500 ft.² this is one of the largest ground and first floor, split-level apartments in Whitstable and is conveniently located directly next door to the Hotel Continental with its lovely bar and restaurant and is only a five minute stroll from Whitstable harbour and 10 minutes from the town centre and Harbour Street.

Good friends of ours own the ‘beach café’ just round the corner which we highly recommend as they do the best coffee & breakfasts in Whitstable.

At over 2500 ft.² this is easily one of the largest split-level, direct sea view apartments in Whitstable and is so conveniently located next door to the Hotel Continental with its amazing bar and lovely restaurant and is only a five minute walk from Whitstable harbour and a lovely 10 minute stroll to the town centre and Harbour St which is surrounded by all of the towns best restaurants and pubs. Enjoy.
