The space
Enjoy the lifestyle of Kingston’s restaurants, cafes, and boutique shopping centre. This modern well maintained two-bedroom apartment offers a generous open-plan layout. Full of natural light throughout the living area.
BEDROOM:
Your main bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has a double-sized bed. Both beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
The second bedroom has Acer LCD monitor.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower, bath, and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- microwave
- crockery and cutlery
- toaster
- electric kettle
NOTE: For your safety, please do not use the current dishwasher on the property as there is an ongoing issue.
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a Samsung TV that has access to local channels. A DVD player is also available
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer is available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's pool throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. PARKING:
The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.
Additional parking is free on Leichhardt Street in front of building.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
