Hello!! I'm Maria and I recommend a nice stay in my cozy home! Because your family will be close to whatever you need in this place that is centrally located, the area is called a settlement! It is quiet and relaxed, it has a green view with pine trees!! Just a 5-minute walk away is the beach and everything you need to shop.

The space
As soon as you arrive you will find a cool courtyard with blue doors and windows, perfect for your morning coffee! Entering the house, the kitchen and the living room are really functional because they provide all the electrical appliances and air conditioning, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large balcony with a green view of pines and cypresses! My house is special because it has an island style and minimal decoration and is an ideal place for a quiet and comfortable stay!!

For the use of electricity related to a water heater, air conditioner, electric stoves, there is an extra charge of 3 euros per day.
