Prime Beachside Location – Everything at Your Doorstep

Located just 10 metres from the bike and walking track stretching all the way to North Haven, this property is perfect for morning jogs, scenic rides, and relaxed coastal strolls. Beach access is also only 10 metres from your door (please use the designated paths and avoid climbing the dunes).

A 10-minute walk takes you to the iconic Semaphore Surf Life Saving Club, where you can enjoy meals and drinks on Thursday and Friday evenings while soaking in spectacular sunset views from the deck.

For your morning coffee, Crux Coffee Roasters - Military Rd is just a 5-minute walk away on Military Road. Nearby shops also include a hairdresser and massage therapist for added convenience.

Shopping is easy with Westfield West Lakes only a 5-minute drive away, or simply catch a bus from Military Road.

Just moments away, Point Malcolm Reserve offers tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, free BBQ facilities, and undercover picnic areas — perfect for families and outdoor gatherings.

It’s a pleasant 32-minute walk to Semaphore Road in Semaphore, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, Foodland, IGA, a chemist, pubs, bottle shop, nail boutique, ice cream shop and more. Along the beachfront, you’ll also discover a historic carousel, playground, mini golf, water slide, and a beautiful jetty.

The Adelaide CBD is just a 20-minute drive or approximately 45 minutes by bus. The closest train access is Ethelton railway station (5-minute drive with free parking or 35-minute walk), with trains taking around 25 minutes to Adelaide Railway Station in the heart of the city.

We are 10m from the bike track / walking track that takes you all the way to North Haven, for all your exercise needs. Beach entry 10m from your door, please do not climb over the dunes. Semaphore Surf club is a 10 minute walk where you can enjoy meals and drinks on Thursday and Friday nights enjoying the awesome sunset views from the deck. Crux coffee shop is a 5 minute walk based on Military Road and the block of shops have Tiki Thai restaurant that offers dine in or take away. West lakes shopping centre is a 5 minute drive or you can catch the bus on Military road. Point Malcolm reserve has tennis courts, basketball court, playground and free bbqs for use and undercover picnic tables. 32 minute walk to Semaphore Road. Where there are cafes, restaurants, Food land supermarket, IGA, chemist, pubs, bottle shop, nail boutique, ice cream
shop and much more. On the semaphore beach front is the carousel a playground, mini golf, water slide and a gorgeous jetty. Adelaide CBD is a 20 minute drive or 45 minute bus ride. Sandy Feet 1 our 3 b/room beachfront on the ground floor, in the same complex is Sandy Feet 2 & 3 upstairs 2 bedroom apartments on Semaphore Park Beachfront. Perfect for families to enjoy a holiday together while still having their own space. Vitamin Sea is a 2 bedroom upstairs apartment on the Esplanade at Semaphore.
