Bright and light with crisp white sheets. Valley views over the vineyard in the Coal River Valley Wine Region. Private deck and lawn. 100 acres to wander or jog around. 8 minutes to the historic village of Richmond cafés. 3 minutes to Sorell town. Half an hour to Hobart and same to Tasmania's east coast & Port Arthur.
Ideal for couples.
Owner's house next door so not a party or entertaining venue .

The space
Modern, bright and light. One kitchen/ living area with TV. One newly renovated bathroom. A main King bed bedroom with sliding glass doors to the outside lawn. A smaller double bed second bedroom. Laundry cupboard with washing machine, iron, ironing board. The Cottage is elevated and has views out over the valley. Guests comment that it is private and relaxing.

Guest access
Located in the Coal River Valley wine region the Winemakers' Cottage is well located to base yourself for visiting SE Tasmania. Close to the airport, Sorell, Richmond and half an hour's drive to Hobart and Tasmania's East Coast. You need a vehicle to stay here and the total property is 167 acres.

Other things to note
While located on a large property the owner's house is next door so this is not a party house. It is ideal for a couple or a couple with children or a couple of friends. Ideal for tourist accommodation. A strict no party policy, no gatherings or entertaining of guests not booked in. No weddings or bridal parties.
